The Insights Team Effectiveness Qualification Program is designed for Insights Accredited Practitioners wanting to be trained to use and interpret the Team Effectiveness Diagnostic as well as how to deliver a Team Effectiveness Workshop.
The workshop consists of 2 parts: an Online Pre-Session focused on understanding the basics of the instrument and report and a 2-day course focused on interpreting and delivering a Team Effectiveness Workshop.
Attendance is required in both sessions in order to be "Team Effectiveness Qualified." The cost of the 2-day course, which includes both sessions, is $1,000 US/ $1,450 CDN.
