The Insights Discovery Accreditation qualifies participants to use the Insights Discovery System and methodologies as an integral part of their learning and development solutions.
The programme (including pre-work, a four day face-to-face programme, and additional post-work) looks in depth at the Insights Discovery System, the Jungian psychology that underpins it and how to apply this in a practical way to meet specific learning objectives. The aim of the programme is to help delegates feel confident and competent to deliver Insights Discovery into their organisations and to precipitate positive behavioral change as a result.
